The arched greenhouse is an economical greenhouse, popular among users for its elegant arc shape and low cost. It features an attractive appearance and wide visual field, with reasonable structure and good thermal insulation performance. With relatively low manufacturing cost, it is suitable for most regions. Double film greenhouses are widely adopted in northern areas, while single film greenhouses are common in the south. It achieves maximum light transmittance within visible light of 0.4–0.7μm. A thick air layer can be formed between double films to effectively reduce heat loss and block cold air infiltration. Double-film structure greatly improves thermal insulation and cuts operating costs. The roof is covered with polyethylene permanent anti-fog & anti-drip PO film: outer layer UV-resistant, inner layer anti-condensation. Side enclosures can be customized with PO film or polycarbonate hollow sheets.

Greenhouse Materials 

The main structure adopts cold-rolled high-frequency welded steel pipe, welded before galvanization, connected by hot-dip galvanized bolts for excellent anti-corrosion performance.

Covering Material 

The greenhouse roof is covered with 80–150μm PO film. The outer layer is UV-resistant and the inner layer prevents condensation. It has permanent anti-fog and anti-drip properties. The covering scheme for surrounding walls can be customized to meet customer requirements.
