I. Greenhouse Composition

The greenhouse consists of three parts: greenhouse frame (main structure), greenhouse covering, film rolling system and drainage system. Through profile assembly and commissioning, it realizes structural safety, wind and rain protection, cold and frost resistance, ventilation and drainage, providing a relatively stable and controllable environment for plant growth.

Greenhouse Frame: The frame adopts lightweight steel structure. All main frame materials are prefabricated in factory. The main processing technologies include cold rolling, galvanizing, pipe rolling, flattening, drilling, welding, etc. After the components are processed and delivered to the site, they are assembled with special fittings. No on-site welding is required. It prevents damage to the frame and material waste caused by secondary on-site processing, greatly protects the zinc coating of steel and saves labor cost.

Greenhouse Covering: Greenhouse covering includes roof covering and end wall covering. The covering material is 130μm anti-aging PE film specially for blueberries. The new film has a light transmittance of more than 85%, which can increase crop yield and improve crop quality.

Electric Film Rolling System: An electric film rolling system is installed longitudinally along the greenhouse. The film rolling controls internal ventilation and wind shielding to adjust cooling and heat preservation inside the greenhouse. The film rolling system is arranged on both end walls and two side walls of the greenhouse, and can open or close up to five spans on the greenhouse end face.

Gutter Drainage System: Diversion gutters are set longitudinally at the joint of each span of the greenhouse, to guide rainwater in the greenhouse to the reserved drainage system.

Freeze-proof Door System: Freeze-proof door systems are installed on both end walls of the greenhouse. The opening and closing of freeze-proof doors controls ventilation and heat preservation inside the greenhouse.

II. Main Greenhouse Structure - Greenhouse Frame

Greenhouse Structure Type: It adopts round arch single-layer film multi-span greenhouse. The frame is lightweight steel treated by cold rolling and galvanizing, assembled with fasteners. Main components include posts (Y-piles), arch tubes, cross bracing, greenhouse tie rods, gable wind bracing, side bracing, film rolling tubes, etc.
